The restauration project of Ingatorps tithe barn that started in 2011 and went on until 2018 has today recieved the most prestigious cultural heritage award in Europe.
The award goes to the parish and all of the around 100 persons that were involved in one way or another to make the project success full. I had the great opportunity to be project leader as well as carpenter on the restoration. In the project group was also shinglemaster Börje Samuelsson, professor Gunnar Almevik and architect Lennart Grandelius. Colloboration with the reconstruction project Södra Råda was essential. Also the colloboration with craft laboratory, the diocese of Linköping, the university of Lund …………….
